На Кэноновских кроп-матрицах шумы вылазят уже на ИСО 200 при низкой освещённости. Можно было задавить в ущерб детальности, или наоборот, добавить каким-нибудь "плёночным" фильтром, чтобы убрать мозаику.
Встроенный в лайтрум ИИ шумодав на ИСО 400 вполне должен справиться А так отличный способ - DxO PureRaw|PhotoLab с технологией DeePRIME XD2s С её помощью я и убираю шумы на своих фото, особенно при ночных съёмках
