Об этом что-то никто там особо не распространяется... Интересно вообще-то - на зимовку в Бобровский затон вставали буквально три-четыре судна, а теперь он буквально забит на своем заходе флотом... Мимоходом слышал, что баржи и кран КПЛ-38-89 собственника сменили точно...

А зачем мелким собственникам флот? И что большие компании флота не могут флот держать. У нас в Бийске только Иван частный. А в Барнауле кишат частники.

Реальный распорядитель при этом может и не меняться. Просто это "оптимизация налогообложения".
