Очень похожа на родную сестричку "Вольного" (http://fleetphoto.ru/photo/45464/).
Если мне не изменяет память, то на ныне мёртвом сайте http://good-de.ru/ говорилось, что они сделали проект двух яхт для "Корабельной Артели". Первая была с англоязычным названием, а вторая - "Вольный". Скорее всего первая - это и была "Fiesta"
