Есть сомнения, что собственник "МП-26" всё ещё ГУП Московский Западный порт.
По барже: судя по надписям (https://cloud.mail.ru/public/LCc1/NLLf7zfdq и https://cloud.mail.ru/public/LCc1/NLLf7zfdq), это "ГП-1".

За "МП-26" виднеется какой-то полузатопленный ж/б понтон или дебаркадер.
