Заложен 26.08.1938 г. (Комсомольск-на-Амуре), спущен 7.05.1944 г. Отбуксирован во Владивосток для достройки. Вст. в строй 6.12.1944 г. и вошел в состав ТОФ. В феврале 1960 г. переоборудован в плавучую казарму. Сдан на слом в 1961 г.
