Если предположить, что порт приписки - Тверь, то подходят два: "П-203" (http://fleetphoto.ru/vessel/37325/) и "ПП-392" (http://fleetphoto.ru/vessel/41754/).

Это не Р-66. Больше проект 146 подходит. Соответственно, это либо П-197, либо П-212 (посмотрел по базе).

Расположение иллюминаторов, люков и палубных механизмов индентично проекту 146.

Есть осторожное предположение, что конаковская "незнайка" - это как раз П-212, а бесхозный у пожарных здесь https://fleetphoto.ru/photo/271379/ на переднем плане - пропавший в конце 1980-х П-179.
