В 2009-2010 годах в ОАО "Порт Коломна" переоборудован на класс плавания «М3,0» по проекту Р-103А/03ПК.
Назван в честь Владимира Барсукова — главного инженера Коломенского порта в 1971-1990 годах.
Установлены ГД Deutz BF6M1015MC мощностью 2x248 кВт. Суммарная мощностью 680 л.с.
Сдан в эксплуатацию после переоборудования 11.05.2011, присвоен строительный № 1.
Зимой 2020-2021 гг. прошел модернизацию, включающую в себя установку двух дизель-редукторных агрегатов марки WP13C450-18 (6ЧН12,7/16,5) и двух дизель-генераторов марки WP4CD66E200 (4ЧН 10,5/13).
Суммарная мощность 900 л.с.
