4.11.2014 на корабле возник пожар в МО который был полностью локализован только на следующие сутки. В дальнейшем после осмотра комиссии технического управления флота было сделано заключение о нецелесообразности дальнейшей эксплуатации по предназначению данной единицы. С 2015 года корабль выведен из расчетного состава КЧФ, и используется как часть штаба 30 дивизии НК.
