По ссылке именно это и сказано. А между строк хорошо заметно, что настоящий хозяин яхты фактически не поменялся, а церковники в роли арендаторов, даже название поменять не смогли. И такое ощущение, что яхта им в обузу, но их никто не спрашивает.
