Наглядная иллюстрация, что: "Газпром" "летает в облаках". ;-) Хмурая земля скрыта от глаз, а самая верхушка ярко освещена солнцем... На кончике верхотуры кабинет Миллера очевидно должен быть. :-)

Материальная реализация древнего понятия "небожители"?
Кстати, пожарная безопасность позволяет ресторан на такой высоте? В "Седьмом небе", на Останкинской телебашне, кухня была на земле, а блюда поднимали наверх на лифтах.
