Это 376 проект, переоборудование производилось на Зеленодольском СЗ по заказу каких-то высокопоставленных военных. Кроме внешнего вида, существенной модернизации подверглось МО. Лет 6-7 назад по причине смены владельца перегонял его из Казани в Работки. В настоящее время владелец - частное лицо в Нижнем Новгороде.
