Да, надводный борт совсем ни о чём, для прибрежного-то плавания. Да и в "скворешне" на малейшем волнении тоже, чай, несладко... По размерениям даже нашему Р-14 уступает.
Очень напоминает буксир "Циклон" из известного фильма. Тот правда старше, вроде. Его история вроде даже имеет рассказ о самостоятельном переходе через Атлантику.
