Я понимаю у нас на Дальнем Востоке похерили все заводы и народное хозяйство, но центральная часть России - Москва, Санкт-Петербург развиваются, почему судов так много режут/порезали за 10-15 лет, возить чтоли нечего?куда все делось?

Потому что все едут в Москву жить, а не работать.
Вместо Западного порта - уже жилой район.
Северный порт - уже приговорили.
И вот теперь и до Южного порта добрались - Международный конкурс на лучший проект застройки промзоны Южный порт стартовал в Москве (https://www.m24.ru/news/gorod/19042021/161799?from=smi2agg)
Вместо МССЗ - ЖК.
ХМСЗ - скорее не завод, а яхтенный порт.

Куда возить, где выгружать и ремонтировать флот? Москва порт пяти морей, а в самой Москве ни одного порта и не останется.... ((((

Было бы что возить и нашли бы куда выгружать и где все это ремонтировать!
Просто странная картина развитие в Москве наблюдается, а транспорт не восстребован

А какое развитие в Москве наблюдается? Заводы и фабрики сносят, а стороят ЖК и офисные здания. В офисе буксир или баржу не отремонтируешь. Да и на канатке груз не перевезешь ))).
Ну и раньше Москва строилась. Возили и песок и щебенку, да много что возили. А теперь.... Думаете песок в карьерах закончился или щебень? Причалов в Москве нет. Строительство ЖК приносит большую прибыль чем ремонт буксира. (((

При всем уважении, я Вам верю, но мне трудно судить что там происходит, если честно я даже не был в Москве и опираюсь только на то, что преподносят нам СМИ, логично и возник у меня такой вопрос, вроде как нам вещают, что производство и народное хозяйство встаёт с колен, а перевозок нет, со всеми вытекающими
