На реке образование льда должно происходить,а река чистая ни льдинки. По этой погоде у нас тепло.

Так и у нас ,4 ноября ,в Печоре ледостав небольшой,а у нас в верховьях ни льдинки. Хотя снег давно первый выпал,как пример, https://fleetphoto.ru/photo/408769/?vid=44232, тает,но опять накрывает землю.Ночью все засыпало,а днем тает. Мягкая погода для ледостава.
