Интересно , а как на Амуре путейцы работают ? Левый берег , навигационные знаки наши обслуживают , а правый берег китайские специалисты ? Так же и плав.навигационную обстановку . Белые буи наши , а красные ( правая кромка судового хода) китайские путейцы ? Но это только я имею ввиду в приграничных районах….
Совершенно верно,- несколько раз в год собирается Рос.-Кит.комиссия по перестановкам и изменениям СНО. Однако Чинаиторы неохотно двигаются судовым ходом, так как это линия границы.
В Книге "Амурские дипломаты" автор Г.Лаподуш как раз такие моменты описаны и как проходили Советско-Китайские встречи в части касающихся судоходства, аварий, проишествий, инцендентов
