Где то отдалёно, но всё же нет. Может завод постройки один и тот же, по тому и некоторые детали похожи.

Кстати стоит он на платформе с надписью вроде НС-40 (наверное старую нефтеналивную порезали, переделали)

Если верить укр. Регистру, то не такой и старый
