Это видимо политический протест =)!!! В 90-м году был в Эстонии. СССР был ещё цел, но трещал по швам. В порту большая часть судов ЭМП было уже с эстонскими флагами, лишь у немногих был красный флаг и то он висел вверх тормашками.
