Очевидно, что на табличке строительный номер "6*0". Средняя цифра сильно стёрта и практически нечитаема. Но, на мой взгляд, это точно не единица. Возможно - останки циферки "пять".

Для 1981 года №610 в принципе нереален. А про судно с стр. №650 ничего неизвестно. Вдобавок ко всему, совпадения в ривреге строительного номера с порядковым номером в названии встречается неоднократно.
В общем, очередная загадка.
