Люблю старые брандвахты - мечта для летней дачи! А может и круглогодичной жизни, при соответствующем дооборудовании... Поставить где-нибудь в тихой зелёной заводи в тени крон дерев, и чай из самовара потягивать любуясь на закат. :-)
