На сайте КССРЗ пишут, что первые 16 "Славутичей" были проекта Д-080М и лишь 17-й - проекта Д-080. http://www.kssrz.com.ua/index.php/reference-list
Это подтверждается и заводской табличкой "Славутича-5" http://fleetphoto.ru/photo/59929/
