Можно сказать, что это последнее фото брандвахты "Б-4"..., - идет активная разборка деревянной надстройки... Сам корпус брандвахты, поскольку не вытащили на берег для разделки, наверное, будут использовать для каких-то других целей...

Я насчет "старой сгнившей" юмор оценил..., - иногда из этого "старья" дачные постройки еще лет по полста стоят как новые... Скорее всего под какую-нибудь буевницу переоборудуют..., или как вариант "Б-138" http://fleetphoto.ru/photo/87930/ - тоже когда-то брандвахта была...
