У последних БТК строившихся на Павлодарском ССРЗ надстройка выполнена из гофрированного металла, установлены герметично-закрывающиеся окна как на пр.1741, изменена конструкция рулевой рубки и фальштруб. Изначально с завода изготовлены носовые упоры. Таких теплоходов на Павлодарском ССРЗ успели построить два — БТК-10 и БТК-40.
