С 6.06.1960 — К-61. 15.08-29.09.1971 в составе ЭОН-81 совершила по Севморпути межфлотский переход во Владивосток. 27.10.1971 перечислена в сотав Тихоокеанского флота. 23.01.1974-30.12.1976 на "Дальзаводе" переоборудована по проекту 629Р в ПЛ-ретранслятор связи. С 25.07.1977 — Б-167, с 3.08.1977 — БС-167. В 1992 году потоплена в качестве мишени на учениях ТОФ.
