Рефрижераторное судно «Lewant III» было заложено на верфи «John Cockerill S.A. Hoboken-Antwerpen» по заказу Польши. В мае 1940 г. захвачено германскими войсками и с 1942 г. перестроено в плавбазу торпедных катеров «Hermann von Wissmann». В 07.1945 по репарациям передан Великобритании, переименован в "Royal Herald". В 1950 г. передан Бельгии как "Kamina".
