Dear Mr. Halliday! These ships are not converted. It's just a repair yard. Hatches removed becaue repair works in progress.

Maybe if you look at the photograph carefully C.f. You will notice that the design has changed. For instance the hatches have been removed from the cargo hold., and is now similiar to 2 previous ships of this design. As for russian secrecy, Its nice to see ships that have been laying idle for some years being converted and being put back into service. More employment for russian seafarers., instead of hulls laying up in some forgotten creek.
