Reference to Palmali, they now have a shipyard in turkey to build rst22m, another 5 ships ordered. Yes prices do have a lot to do with it. Not forgetting 20 ship order nearly completed in china. And of course VF Tankers will have had the backing from the government. i.e. Russian money, russian shipyard, russian owner. also means employment for shipyards in russia. All is hand in glove together. And to boot just look at how many ships are laid up, or under detention. Just a few of the finer points in this industry. rgrds

There is also a second ship to be constructed at Gelibolu Shipyard, probably after the next Azov F Class. Just one thing, these are nothing like rst 54,s. Rst 54, another breed from rst27, lets see when the first one comes out?

Is the incompleted sistership to Jabbar Hashimov. A shame that it was never completed, understand it was around 70% completed.
