Originally contracted for Fehn as Fehn Liberty,
str no. PBZ-2006-57.
Contract Cancelled.

Now the question is. When did Penglai Bohol Shipyard Fail?, was it already under a new name?. And has it been absorbed into a New built Shipyard. Jinlu.. Only asking as spent 2 days now trying to see what happened at Penglai.
