Он набережную отсыпал летом 2011 потом его загнали в затон на зиму и с открытия навигации 2012 по н.в. так и не работает. Но всё же что у него с тросами произошло?
Мдя, помню времена когда эти тросы, как расходный материал не кто, не когда не считал. К примеру крановой на грузовых мотoрах допустил бороду так брали газорезку попросту обрезали и новые троса запасовывали.
