Я не совсем понял, сначала АТФ хотел оставить Ачинск, Ветлугу, Конотоп, Горбачёва и Холмогоры, а сейчас вроде как Клинцы и Горск (или Новоазовск) ещё. По-крайней мере точно не на утилизацию...
