Что то очень похожее стоит в п.Хатанга ...и название у него мудреное было...корпус вылитый Рыбновск(который в Анюйске стоит).

В марте 51-го одной из пяти строящихся для Касптанкера на заводе № 342 нефтеналивных барж, г/п 3700 тонн, было присвоено наименование "Кинешма". Заводской № 524.
Возможно, на снимке она и есть.
