Ну, не каждую. Год на год не приходится, бывает льда вообще нет. В 2013 году ледовая очень сложная была - "Смольнинский" и "Амурский Лиман" по рейду катера с плашкоутами на буксирах таскали. Бывало, что рефрижераторы и сами не выгребали, и носило их льдом вдоль берега, всё с теми же катерами и плашкоутами...
