Возможно, ТСК.395 - это проект, по которому судно перестроили.
"Батыр" проекта ТСК.420 (http://www.sudokomp.ru/sudostroenie/rech.../33-tsk420) модернизирован, изначально тип РТ-300, проект 911В (http://fleetphoto.ru/photo/103487/).

Навряд ли это новострои, данный теплоход я думаю сделан на базе Сахалина, видел его на слипе у них. А Батыр должен быть в прошлом РТ-411 в 11 году также был замечен в судокомплекте.

В РРР указана марка главного двигателя "Н.Верещагин" 8ЧНСП13/14 (ЯМЗ-7514.10-1). Его мощность по разным данным от 200 л.с. до 375, 1500 об/мин.

А на сайте (http://www.sudokomp.ru/sudostroenie/rech.../79-tsk395) что, "деза"? 600 кВт для буксирного катера не многовато?
