Переоборудован по проекту РВН-376У/АДИ003.
Переоборудование выполнено в стиле "Ретро".
Для этого были измененены обводы путем монтажа новых форпика и ахтерпика. Для обеспечения остойчивости в районе миделя сконструированы фальшколеса.
Объем внутренних помещений увеличен путем расширения капа над кормовым трюмом до бортов и подъема уровня палубы в этом районе.
В результате в полученном помещении размещены две комфортабельных каюты, оборудованные гальюнами.
Блок носовых трюмных кают также переоборудован с целью увеличения уровня комфорта и в нем размещены три изолированных каюты с отдельным санузлом.
Надстройка стандартного т/х "Ярославец" удалена и на ее месте смонтирована новая надстройка, включающая просторный носовой салон, камбуз, рулевую рубку и каюту капитана.
На корме смонтирована кран-балка для спуска/подъема шлюпки.
Работы по переоборудованию корпуса судна и монтажу надстройки выполнены судовладельцем на Хлебниковском МСЗ. Достроечные работы выполнись на базе ГУП "Мосводосток".
