Правда, по-моему, чуть выше того места где они обычно стояли... В свете известных событий... А причал "У моста" вроде как теперь будет стоять выше моста...

Да там, вообще-то, почти все продолжение набережной заасфальтировано...Ну, а потом, кто сейчас по большому счету о них думает-то..., - причал этот в основном используется для прогулочного флота... Дачники и садоводы им не пользуются...
Как вариант рассматривался кусочек набережной ниже бывшего речного вокзала около кафе "Парус"...
