Наверно, место постройки Клетинская судоверфь. (село Клетино, Касимовский район Рязанской области) Вот история предприятия:

С 1918 года до конца 50-х там изготовляли и ремонтировали деревянные баржи, потом до 60-х выпускались брандвахты и дебаркадеры. С 1972 года Клетинский машиностроительный завод, выпускающий различные кузова для грузовых автомобилей.

Удалось побывать рядом с этим заводом осенью 2011 года. Признаков судостроения не нашёл... Завод уже выглядел не работающим, хотя недавно ещё работал.
