Не знаю, но скорее на грузовике. Я спрашивал тогда у одного из музейских, что это, так он сказал, что макет. (Там, рядом был выставлем макет размером 1:1 первой подлодки построенной в Таллинне). Если-бы пришла своим ходом, то про макет (наверно) никто-бы и не заикался.
