что-то не получается его к жизни вернуть, таскают туда-сюда его. Хотя под разряд "О" его переделали.

Из-за угла причальной стенки бывшего речного порта не было видно названия еще одного стоящего там РТ, но если исходить из наличия их в Барнауле, то они еще и "РТ-380" в Ковш зачем-то перевели (смущает отсутствие мачты на рубке)...

Хотя и переделали его под разряд "О", но что-то там у них "не срослось" и, скорее всего, его после окончательного восстановления на помощь бийским "РТ" поднимут...
