Из года в год в 8-00. С начала смены. Т.к. смены с 8-00 до 20-00 и с 20-00 до 8-00. Вот и считается что с начала смены ;)

Нам Управление канала даёт дату открытия шлюзов 25! Может имеется в виду срок, когда откроется для прохода вся трасса целиком... Если зайти в канал, скажем от Большой Волги как раз утром 24, то у Щукина будешь аккурат к 25-му...

На сайте Волжского ГБУ написано, что шлюзы открыты с 9:00 первого дня работы до 24:00 последнего дня работы. Ни в первое, ни в последнее шлюзование никогда не попадал (и не попаду скорее всего), так что утверждать, что это именно так, не берусь. :)
