Допишут правильно, когда процесс утилизации завершится... Судя по запаху от дыма - линолеум от рубки на надстройке жгут...

Не уж то "Томь" была в таком ужасном состоянии, что ее нельзя было восстановить. При тот то дефиците земснарядов, что сейчас имеет место в России.

Можно было бы такую дискуссию на этот счет начать..., но как-то контрпродуктивно все это писать на нашем уровне... Ты же уже убедился этим летом на примере Катуни, что плавучими кранами как-то "сподручней" получается работать...
