По мне - так и "Ястреба" стоит привязать: вроде и 7 метров есть, и используется скорее всего в качестве парома на другой берег или к крепости Орешек

Вообще-то, "Ястреб" - явно бывший пограничный военный катер. Точный проект не подскажу, но по корпусу похож на суда проекта 1398 (http://fleetphoto.ru/projects/1416/)
