Ходил "В. Сухоцкий" из Ванино в середине 90-х. Лес кругляк и пиловочник в пакетах возил!!! Докера жутко недовольные были - очень проблемно грузить его было.
В "лихие" 90-е было выгодно. Где-то "левака" напилили, где-то объём к вывозу меньший указали, т.е. меньше пошлина была. А обратно машины возили, и выглядело это примерно так - http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/photo.php?lid=2344041
