Нет, не 74-й. Бак выше и короче, иллюминаторы отсутствуют. Я заглядывал внутрь, и не нашел следов наращивания высоты силового набора в носовой части, как и следов иллюминаторов. Очевиднее всего это собственная разработка Калачевского СРЗ для рыбной ловли на Цимлянском водохранилище, там же и построенная в 1980-е.
