Несколько лет назад в Кимрах тоже работали в декабре. Ребята с "Речных" тогда шутили, что пора им зимнюю надбавку вводить. Но тогда точно к середине декабря всех уже поставили.
Хотя в январе 2014 года (http://fleetphoto.ru/photo/83170/) дежурный по затону "ОТА-930" ещё работал.
А тут скорее всего торопятся, работают, чтоб до окончательных заморозков, пока река не встанет, успеть доделать причалы.

Навигацию можно было заканчивать спокойно в середине декабря. Неделю назад в Москве +12 было, как в сентябре. Это щас вот только морозы начинаются.
