Судя по длине, это баржа-площадка другого проекта.

Возможные варианты: проект 61В (http://fleetphoto.ru/projects/1707/), проект Р-146, Р-146А (http://fleetphoto.ru/projects/480/http:/...jects/480/) или Р-146В1 (http://fleetphoto.ru/projects/1930/), но никак не проект 81218 (А, Б, БТ, БТ/3).

Судя не только по длине (судя по высоте леерных стоек, она около 20 м., пр. 81218 - 58,32 м.), а вообще по всему виду - ничего общего ... Вообще, возможно, это даже понтон.
