Можно привязать к фото "Промывочную станцию-1" http://russrivership.ru/public/files/doc775.pdf . Данная станция стояла на рейде порта Ахтубинск и к ней швартовались порожние грузовые суда и составы для мытья трюмов под погрузку соли. Станция была приписана к Ахтубинскому ССРЗ ВОРПа.

Совершенно верно, была такая станция. Вычищали и промывали трюмы очень шустро. Дама справа, вероятнее всего как раз из персонала станции.
В 1999-2000 годах станция стояла в самом дальнем углу слипа Ахтубинского ССРЗ, нерабочая, там же наверно, и порезали на металлолом.
