По данным ГМСКЦ, 3-30 4 июля на 465,5 км Волги ( в 17 км выше города Тутаев) у левого берега за пределами судового хода у буя №175 (Ярославская область) сел на мель теплоход «ОТА-891», буксирующий баржи №1623 и №149. Суда выполняли рейс Череповец – р. Сура с грузом щебня (баржа №1623 – 3552 тонны, баржа №149 – 3713 тонны). Судовладелец – АО «Порт Козьмодемьянск», г. Козьмодемьянск.

Пострадавших, повреждений и разлива нефтепродуктов нет, судоходству не препятствует. К аварийному судну следует толкач «400 лет Йошкар-Оле», принадлежащий АО «Порт Козьмодемьянск».
