Пока что только здание речного вокзала продали и пытались его разобрать.... И имели бы барнаульцы на этом месте вместо выхода к реке со своего центрального проспекта примерно такой же "забор" из домов как на снимке на заднем плане вдоль дамбы реки Барнаулка.... А сам речной порт пока не ликвидировали, а перевели на новое место....

Интересная тенденция наметилась (вообще по стране, не только касательно конкретного города) - жилые новостройки растут, как грибы; конечно, жилищное строительство, хоть и в ипотеки и в кабальный кредит - благо. Но растут-то они на месте в той же прогрессии ликвидируемых фабрик, заводов, портов и т.п. производственных объектов. А куда же счастливые новосёлы трудоустраиваться будут, когда в силу данной тенденции производственные предприятия в таких городах уйдут в небытиё?
