Там в принципе отсутствовали суда могущие выполнить работу выполняемую составом РТ-346 + 2913. Так что, по логике, РТ-346 с пустой 2913 за щебёнкой пришёл, РТ-346-й же наполненную щебнем 2913 назад и по толкал.
