В состав службы поисковых и аварийно-спасательных работ Каспийской флотилии принято новое спасательно-буксирное судно «СБ-738». Буксир построен в Астраханском филиале Центра судоремонта «Звездочка». Это второе судно данного проекта, поступившее в состав Каспийской флотилии.
