Это не неопознанный понтон, а бывший дебаркадер пристани Серпухов. Сгорел в середине 90-х, в 1999 по большой воде оставлен здесь. Двухэтажный дебаркадер типа "пристань рязань" или "пристань шилово". думаю проект 47Б или аналогичный.
